    Durak Hazelnuts participated in the Board of Directors Meeting organised by FLA (Fair Labor), of which it is a member, for its 25th anniversary. This meeting was held at The Marmara Hotel in Istanbul between 21-23 October.

    Agenda items of the meeting;

    • Collaborative Models for Working Upstream of Supply Chains
    • Harvesting the Future Project
    • Human Rights Due Diligence
    • Issues such as FLA Principles and Benefiting from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Framework were discussed.
    • After the meeting, the interested parties from abroad were shown the facilities and working areas of hazelnut companies in the Western Black Sea region and had the opportunity to meet with farmers and stakeholders
