As Durak Hazelnut, it continues to take necessary measures to prevent the reproduction of brown skunks.
For this reason; İkizce District Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry and İkizce Chamber of Agriculture are carrying out a joint work together. The brown skunk pest has started to head towards the sheltered places of closed places called winter quarters (sheltered closed areas such as houses, barns, warehouses, etc.) with the onset of cooler weather. These areas must be controlled and the pest must be destroyed by using biocidal products licensed by the Ministry of Health.
The use of these biocidal products during the period when the pest is in winter quarters will significantly reduce the population density of the pest.
