Summer School Visit from Swedish and Norwegian Companies

DAGAP, the sustainable support company of Axfood, and UNIL, a Norwegian company, visited the summer school opened within the scope of the Every Child is a World program carried out by Durak Fındık in the İkizce district of Ordu on 22.08.2024.
During the visit, Sustainable Applications Manager Vedat Macit and Academic Advisor Tuğba KONTAŞ AZAKLI made a short presentation about the sustainability studies carried out. Detailed information was given about the companies' environmental responsibilities, energy efficiency projects and social responsibility activities in the presentation.
After the visit, they visited the classes and had the opportunity to determine which courses were being taught on site. After the school visit, they visited sample gardens and producer lands carried out within the scope of sustainable practices and had the opportunity to see the net laying and hazelnut collection practices on site.
