March is a period when important maintenance operations are carried out in hazelnut gardens. Spring has now begun and while the trees are preparing for the new growth period, the applications made will have a direct impact on the yield and product quality of the next season.

As Durak Hazelnuts, we visited an orphanage financed by a local NGO where Syrian and orphan children affected by war and difficult living conditions are accommodated and educated.
As the field team of the Every Child is a World Program, we visited Şanlıurfa Eyyübiye District Governor Mustafa Hamit Kıyıcı in his office in order to share the problems of seasonal agricultural worker children continuing their education and the obstacles they face.
