We Took Part in a Festival Where Children Encountered Science

As Durak Hazelnuts, we participated as a project partner in the “Laleli Comes Alive with Science” initiative, organized by the İkizce District Directorate of National Education under the scope of the TÜBİTAK 4007 Science Festivals Support Program. Held between October 8–10, 2026, the festival brought children and young people together with scientific activities.
The three-day event aimed to foster students' interest in science, support their research and discovery skills, and strengthen the connection between science and daily life. Through experiments, technology-based applications, and workshops, students were able to experience science in a hands-on way.
At Durak Hazelnuts, we place great importance on being involved in projects that support the education and social development of children, while strengthening their scientific curiosity and desire to learn.
