Within the scope of the Sustainable Hazelnut Villages (RVO) project, affiliated with the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
Within the scope of the Every Child One World and Sustainable Hazelnut Villages projects, 17 workers were given agricultural intermediary training on 18.08.20223 in cooperation with the Ünye İŞKUR Directorate.
Our summer school, which we opened as part of the project, met with the children of families who came to our region as mobile seasonal agricultural workers this year.
Within the scope of the Every Child is a World and Sustainable Hazelnut Villages Projects, we have identified the deficiencies of accommodation areas and continue our work to eliminate these deficiencies.
For the 2023 harvest year, we made welcome visits to the seasonal mobile families and their children who came to work in our district.

In our sample agricultural gardens, which we continue to operate as Durak Hazelnut, the 2nd Scythe application of 2023 and the application of raffia purchase were realized.
Within the scope of the Sustainable Hazelnut Villages Project to be carried out between 2022 and 2024 in the İkizce district of Ordu province, the 4th Working Group meeting was held on 22.06.2023 in the İkizce Vocational School meeting hall.
As the Durak Hazelnuts family, we have been continuing our sustainability practices by expanding their scope every year since 2018.
As Durak Hazelnuts, internal audits of our producers continue within the framework of the 2023 harvest year.
For hazelnut, which has an important place in the economy, producers make a great effort to prevent loss of their products and to maintain their quality by scythes in their gardens shortly before the harvest period.
Practical training was given to the producers in İkizce by the hazelnut experts of Ordu Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry. Detailed training on hazelnut pests and diseases was given to the producers.
As Durak Hazelnuts, we continue to inform and train our farmers.
