In the provinces that are the supply regions of Durak Hazelnut during the 2020 harvest period, data collection studies were carried out by the Pikolo Association and then the field teams of Durak Fındık on September 2, 2020.

As Durak Fındık, our Each Child a World project, which we started in 2018, was published as an article on the website of Rainforest Alliance, one of the main international certification organizations in the field of food. We thank them very much for their interest in our project.
We visited the mobile seasonal agricultural workers and children in the İkizce METİP area.
Children who came to our district due to seasonal agricultural migration were given trainings on hygiene education and children's rights in accommodation areas.
Migrant seasonal agricultural workers families and their children were given training on hygiene, worker rights and child labor in accommodation areas.
Our Project Academic Advisor Tuğba KONTAŞ AZAKLI and our Field Officer Serdar MACİT, for the contact and traceability of child labor for our field officers and representatives of non-governmental organizations; "How is the hazelnut harvest done during the COVID-19 process? How can we protect seasonal migratory agricultural workers and their children from the coronavirus epidemic?" An information meeting on the subject was held.
The International Labor Organization (ILO) declared today the World Day Against Child Labor in 2002 to draw attention to child labor and the efforts needed to eradicate it.
We participated in the meeting titled “Ending Child Labor in Global Supply Chains” held in the city of Leiden, Netherlands on 27-28 January, in partnership with the World Labor Organization (ILO), Global March and the Government of the Netherlands, and we carried out Durak Hazelnut with the Rainforest Alliance in order to prevent child labor in Hazelnut Farming. and we shared the "Each Child a World Program".
Children are the greatest wealth the world has to offer us. We treat them as treasures and give our love.
All children have equal rights. No child can be discriminated against.
We teach our children not only to read, but also to think, question, solve problems, participate in the process and make decisions.
Our teachers process training modules with gamified methods and techniques.
