    The following criteria are taken into account in determining the harvesting time for hazelnuts:

    1-Redness of ¼ of the Hazelnut Capsule

    2-The browning of ¼ of the outer shell,

    3-The hazelnut kernels have begun to rotate in the grain.

    4- The peelability of the zuruf is easier.

    5-In short, spills are concentrated by shaking or spontaneous.
